All Men Talk - Therapy for Men. In Person and Online Counselling. Supporting Men's Wellbeing

All men talk logo. Mental health support. Men's counselling. Counselling Therapy.

Who is it for?

All men of all ages primarily, but we are more than happy to work with any adults that feel like they would like counselling. Everyone is welcome.

What happens in Counselling / Therapy?

You will work one to one with a BACP certified counsellor, either in person or online. The direction and content of the session are determined by you. We talk about what you want to talk about. The counsellor will likely ask questions around your thoughts and  feelings, as well as summarise and  maybe even challenge. The counsellor's job is to provide a safe, judgment free environment where you feel able to speak freely.

What do I talk about?

You can talk about anything you like. Whether it be a current issue, such as anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem, self confidence, relationships, work stress, or work - life balance. Or it can be a historical issue such as; abuse, childhood issues or a traumatic event. The sessions are yours to speak freely, about whatever is on your mind.

How much does it cost?

Online sessions will be £50 per session. In person sessions will be £60 per session. All sessions are one hour long.

How many sessions do I need?

Session numbers are open-ended, each individual can have as many or as few as they like.

Do I need a goal in mind?

This is purely dependant on the individual; some may find it helpful to have a goal in mind, others will be happy to see where the therapy takes them.
